Long before the Oakvale Collection was officially established in 2021, it began with the Ekdahl family's vision of opening their homes to others. The idea was simple: to create beautiful spaces that combined elegant style with the warmth and comfort of a family home.
Today, the collection includes two distinctive properties: Villa Sand in Åhus, Sweden, and Oakvale Estate in the heart of Franschhoek. While each has its own character and sense of place, both reflect the original vision of our founders: to create private retreats where people can slow down, connect, stay active and spend meaningful time together.
